Because we produce a limited number of dough balls daily to ensure peak quality, reservations are strongly recommended to guarantee your table (and your pizza).
Walk-ins and takeaways are welcome if dough remains, but availability cannot always be guaranteed.

we serve our pizza by the slice for just $5 every Saturday at the famous Lyttelton Farmers Market from 9-1pm.
Great pizza begins long before the oven is lit.
Our dough is made with Italian ‘00‘ flour and fresh yeast. It takes 30+ hours to achieve a crust with a soft, chewy texture and a slightly crispy exterior.
Our dough is mixed daily and left to rest and mature slowly, allowing natural fermentation to do its work. This patient process develops the subtle flavour, digestibility, and light texture that fast-made dough simply cannot achieve.
Each portion is hand-cut and gently rounded into individual dough balls, then left to relax again before service. When it’s time to bake, the dough is opened by hand — never rolled — preserving the air inside so the crust rises beautifully in the heat of the oven.
